    Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of fine dining service.
  • Must have full familiarity with menus.
  • Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
  • Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
  • To polish and clean glass and silver wares.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
  • To have dollies' underliners ready.
  • To fold various napkins for service
  • Service to guests.
  • Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
  • Clean and maintain restaurant.
  • Knowledge of Micros Computer System
  • Help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
    Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Saturday and Sunday availability
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
