Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly for maximum satisfaction. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest interactions. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs efficiently. Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential for maintaining health standards.
