Server | Molly's Dover Molly's is hiring a server to join our team in Dover! We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. We're a neighborhood spot with a fun, high-energy atmosphere, and we want someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and being part of a team. Night and weekend availability is required for this position. If you're looking for primarily weekday or daytime shifts, this probably won't be the right fit. What we're looking for: Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred Strong communication and guest-service skills Comfortable handling a busy section and staying organized when things get hectic Reliable, punctual, and ready to jump in where needed A positive attitude and ability to work well with the rest of the FOH and BOH team Must be available to work nights and weekends What you can expect: Molly's is a busy, locally owned restaurant where we care about good food, good drinks, and creating a place people actually want to come back to.
