You'll be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, taking accurate orders, keeping tables taken care of throughout the meal, and working closely with the rest of the team to keep service running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide attentive, knowledgeable service Learn the Mesozoic menu, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Accurately take food and beverage orders Enter orders and payments through Toast POS Maintain organized and accurate checks Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions Monitor tables throughout the meal and anticipate guest needs Run food and beverages when needed Clear and reset tables efficiently Communicate with the kitchen, bar, host, and management throughout service Maintain a clean and organized section Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and restaurant procedures Assist the rest of the team when your section is caught up Complete side work and closing duties What We're Looking For Friendly, confident, and personable Strong communication skills Able to stay organized and focused in a busy environment Comfortable working as part of a team Reliable and punctual Able to move quickly while maintaining good service Comfortable learning and using Toast POS Previous serving experience preferred Knowledge of food, cocktails, and beverage service is a plus Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must meet all New Hampshire requirements for serving alcohol What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips Flexible scheduling A fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment Opportunity to grow with Mesozoic Please send resumes to
