As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and a positive attitude. You'll take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued from start to finish. The perfect candidate is enthusiastic about food and drinks, has a knack for multitasking, and loves engaging with people in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards. Upsell menu items including drinks and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation or bussing when needed to support smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, wine, spirits, and drink pairing is desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Good math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
