Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales techniques to enhance revenue opportunities Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service best practices Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards required for food handling Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred but not mandatory Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences!
