Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen communication to ensure timely delivery of orders Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas Build rapport with guests by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transactions Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Experience in serving or host/hostess roles that involve guest interaction and seating management
