Compensation:

8/hour + Tips Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and dining space in accordance with food safety regulations Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure a memorable experience Requirements Proven food service experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, or nightclubs with a focus on guest relations Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for order calculations, change handling, and sales processing Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively during busy hours Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where hospitality meets excellence!
