Server - Restaurant Position $10/hr + tips RamenYa is currently looking for a motivated Server to join our restaurant team. We welcome candidates who are passionate about food, hardworking, and value teamwork. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and beverage options to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and preparation when needed Build rapport with guests through excellent customer service and guest relations, fostering a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Must follow all Ramenya standards and guidelines Ability to work flexible schedules Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organization and communication skills Must be able to communicate effectively in English Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Previous server experience preferred but not required
