SERVERS - FULL-TIME & PART-TIME Villa Gennaros - Edison, NJ Villa Gennaros is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team. We are seeking people who enjoy hospitality, work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and know how to make every guest feel welcome.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service Take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders and process payments through the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Learn our menu and confidently recommend dishes, specials, and beverages Upsell appetizers, entrées, desserts, and beverages when appropriate Communicate effectively with kitchen, host, and management teams Handle guest questions or concerns professionally Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards Assist the team during busy lunch, dinner, weekend, and special-event shifts

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant serving experience preferred Friendly, positive, and professional personality Strong communication and customer-service skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic POS and cash-handling experience Strong teamwork and willingness to help others Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred Experience with Italian cuisine, catering, banquets, or fine dining is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
