Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of beverage service techniques Food handling certification and understanding of sanitation standards required by health regulations Previous experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality setting Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and expert knowledge.
