Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and Houseman, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and seamless event support. Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring all tables, linens, utensils, and décor are perfectly arranged. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction. Clear tables efficiently during and after events, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for subsequent service. Assist with food handling, food preparation support, and catering duties as needed to support kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of banquet areas, hallways, and service stations throughout events by bussing tables and managing waste disposal. Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring guests' needs are met with enthusiasm. Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and serving of all food items. breakdown and reset for next event, and cleaning of banquet rooms, banquet prep area. Wash dishes during down time ( if needed) Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Culinary or restaurant experience enhances your ability to assist with food preparation and service tasks effectively. Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with event flow and guest interaction. Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive guest experiences and building rapport. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is highly valued. Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism is crucial.
