Job Description
Eagle Oaks is currently hiring part time servers to serve guests for high end functions. I.E Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate Events, etc. The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests attending weddings, corporate functions, and special events. This role supports event execution by providing friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented service throughout all phases of the event. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner during events. Set up banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware. Serve plated meals and beverages or serve and monitor buffet stations. Deliver excellent service during events, including wine and cocktail service. Respond to the needs of guests throughout the event. Clear plates, glassware, and utensils between courses and at the conclusion of events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service. Assist with post-event breakdown and resetting of event areas. Ensure food and beverages are served in accordance with health, safety, and club standards. Perform additional related duties assigned by supervisors or managers This Job Is Ideal forSomeone Who Is :

Qualifications :
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume setting. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions. Comfortable working both independently and under supervision. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.Education and Experience:
High school or equivalent (Preferred) Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Prior banquet or food service experience preferred but not necessary (will train). Serving food and beverages preferred but not necessary (will train).Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of standing and walking up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays up to 20 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, and lift during setup and cleanup of banquet events.Send Resume to:
