This is a long-term opportunity for the right person someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service and can keep up in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Answer phone calls and manage dine-in and takeout orders Operate the POS system Adelo and process cash and credit card payments Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Place pizzas in the oven, monitor them and remove them safely Recommend menu items and use suggestive selling when appropriate Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming counter and dining area Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in a pizzeria, Italian restaurant, quick-service restaurant or similar environment is preferred Pizza-making experience is a strong plus Experience using a POS system, handling cash, or working as a cashier is preferred Strong customer-service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Able to multitask and remain organized during busy periods Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, responsible, and genuinely interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.
