Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions seamlessly. Provide exceptional customer service by upselling menu items, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables and assisting with food handling and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations. Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating versatility within the team. Handle cash transactions accurately while processing credit card payments and managing cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Assist with beverage service, to elevate the guest experience in a fine dining setting. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, managing time effectively during busy periods. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous; training will be provided if necessary. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during peak hours.
