Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately using POS systems Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues with a positive attitude Support openTable reservations management for seamless seating arrangements Demonstrate knowledge of wine pairings, spirits, and cocktail recipes to enhance the dining experience Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Knowledge of beverage service including wine, spirits, cocktails, and openTable reservation system is beneficial Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required certifications prior to employment Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills effectively Strong communication skills with a team-oriented attitude Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where hospitality meets excellence!
