Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation or food industry tasks as needed during busy periods Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including toast POS Proven success in customer service roles within restaurant or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling protocols Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining genuine guest engagement Competence in serving, bussing, and supporting guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Join us to be part of a lively team that values dedication, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
