What You'll Do:
• Take Ownership of the
Table:
Own the entire guest journey from first greeting to final farewell—taking the order, firing courses, guiding guests through the menu, and orchestrating seamless service at every table in your section. • Master the
Menu:
Maintain expert knowledge of every dish, its ingredients, and preparation, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering guest questions with authority. •
Deliver Expert Wine & Liquor Service:
Guide guests through the wine list and spirits selection, execute proper bottle and beverage service, and make confident pairings that elevate the meal. •
Stay Guest-Focused:
Create memorable guest experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal, returning guests, staying connected to feedback and seeking out every opportunity to make each visit better than the last. • Work as a
Team:
Pull together with both the front-of-house and kitchen staff, communicating clearly, supporting one another, and staying aligned so service runs smoothly. •
Direct Your Support Team:
Coordinate with servers, runners, and bussers to keep your section running smoothly, delegating with clarity and grace.
