Rum Runner, the first in the McLoone's family of restaurants is seeking customer service oriented Experienced Servers to join our team! Must be driven to provide excellent service to our guests. The server's responsibility is to engage and guide the customer, assist them in understanding the menu by describing the food and how menu items are prepared. Server responsibilities include but not limited to: Guide the guests through choosing menu items when necessary Accurately describe menu items Take note of food and beverage order ensuring through repetition to the customer that the details are correct. Table maintenance, including menu presentation and collection Maintain a clean work environment in your station and throughout the restaurant Additional duties: Physical strength to carry trays of food, plates, glasses and utensils. Maintain cleanliness of tables, floor and other areas in and around the restaurant. They should have the interpersonal skills to work well with the other staff in the establishment. Must possess the ability to adhere to authority and easily follows directions given. It will always be required to be punctual and appear neat and clean.
