Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding food and beverage service. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain guest relations will be key to ensuring our patrons enjoy their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Aloha POS and OpenTable. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS or OpenTable, is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments accurately. Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
