Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and special dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist in food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff to ensure timely service Build strong guest relations by providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's visit extraordinary!
