This role involves welcoming customers, assisting with orders, supporting food and beverage service, maintaining guest areas, and working closely with the restaurant team. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional hospitality. Assist customers with menu questions, food selections, beverages, and restaurant offerings. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with food and beverage service and ensure orders are delivered promptly. Monitor guest areas and respond to customer needs in a timely manner. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately when required. Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining, counter, and service areas. Restock utensils, napkins, cups, beverages, food items, and other service supplies. Assist front-of-house and kitchen teams during busy service periods. Help maintain accurate order presentation and consistent service standards. Communicate customer concerns, special requests, and service issues to supervisors. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food, beverages, equipment, and customer property carefully and professionally. Support coworkers and perform other hospitality and restaurant service duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn restaurant procedures and hospitality service standards. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
