Key Requirement :

Must be available to work the opening shift starting at 11:00 AM. Experience Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, Japanese cuisine is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems or POS for order entry and sales processing Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
