•60 per hour, based on experience Essential Clinic is expanding our multidisciplinary healthcare services and is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada. This is a full-time outpatient position offering a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. The selected Physical Therapist will also have the opportunity to play an important role in developing and growing Essential Clinic's new Physical Therapy program. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated. Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility, and recovery. Complete evaluations, progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries accurately and timely. Collaborate with primary care providers and other members of the clinical team to coordinate patient care. Maintain compliance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in the development and growth of Essential Clinic's Physical Therapy department. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or other qualifying Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Current and unrestricted Nevada Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Nevada licensure. Current BLS certification. Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
