About Us:
The Server position requires great communication, multitasking, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to make sure guests have a great dining experience. The Server takes orders, serves guests with professionalism, and keeps the service area clean and organized, all while following company rules and safety guidelines.KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service & Hospitality:
Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.Food & Beverage Expertise:
Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines.Order Accuracy & Efficiency:
Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Multi-tasking & Organization:
Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.POS System & Cash Handling:
Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines.Cleanliness & Compliance:
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications.Physical Stamina:
Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20-50 lbs.), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally. Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler's Card) as per state regulations.Job Type:
