Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including beverages, appetizers, desserts and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash register operations with POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and dining areas by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and sanitation protocols Support food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Foster positive guest relations through attentive listening, prompt responses to requests, and creating a welcoming environment Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS system is not required but preferred Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for food industry standards is essential Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm for hospitality meets your dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
