We're dedicated to providing an unforgettable dining experience and are expanding our team with passionate, service-oriented individuals. The Role Mad For Chicken in Astoria is seeking Servers. We're looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality who can deliver outstanding service and help us maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all guests. Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions. Accurately take and process food and drink orders using our POS system. Manage a section of tables efficiently to ensure timely service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive, professional attitude. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Shifts:

Day, Evening, and Night shifts available. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule, but Day and Night shift availability is preferred.

In-person at our Astoria restaurant Qualifications Previous experience as a Server is preferred. Strong verbal communication and memorization skills. A positive, cheerful, and professional attitude.
