Basepay is $16.50 an hour plus tips which average around $3.5 an hour. Any additonal information about this job please contact one of our manager with your full name at 203-260-2720 POSITION SUMMARY As a Cashier/Ice Cream Server, you will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and inviting tone. As well as, serving Ice Cream and answering any questions about our menu, or any of our products. We are looking for a team player who is excited and ready to learn. You will be trained how to take, make, and serve orders including(but not limited to) cakes, signature creations, milkshakes, and smoothies. REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required. We will train the right person! Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and have stamina to walk or stand during their shift. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Must be able to follow all departmental procedures and work rules. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently; 60 pounds occasionally. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be knowledgeable of the food menu

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve Ice Cream while maintaining a courteous, positive attitude. This includes prepping for service (making waffle cones, building cakes, etc.) and cleaning up after each service item is finished. Greet customers upon arrival and answer any questions about our menu or services. Advise customers based on age, interest etc.,and provide menus in a helpful manner. Serve customers accurately while providing a pleasant experience for everyone! Be kind and respectful towards all staff, customers, and their families! You must be punctual! We expect you to be in uniform, clocked in, and ready to work by your scheduled time.
