Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and buffet arrangements Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness throughout the event Monitor guest needs during events, providing attentive service and responding promptly to requests Handle food safety and food handling procedures diligently, adhering to health regulations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and billing, including wine and beverage service Assist with food preparation and replenishment during events as needed, supporting culinary staff when appropriate Maintain excellent guest relations by engaging courteously and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or catering is highly preferred, especially in banquet or fine dining settings Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling, and proper serving techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A background in hospitality or culinary experience enhances your ability to excel in this role We value energetic team players who thrive on creating memorable moments for our guests.
