Ideal candidates will have:

2+ years of serving or craft cocktail bar experience A strong understanding of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits The ability to read the room, anticipate guest needs, and create a personalized experience Exceptional communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A genuine passion for hospitality Experience working in a reservation-driven establishment with a focus on guest experience Responsibilities Deliver world-class service while maintaining the exclusive, intimate atmosphere of a speakeasy Guide guests through the menu with expert recommendations and knowledge of our extensive bourbon and cocktail menus Work closely with bartenders to understand cocktail profiles and upsell based on guest preferences Engage with guests in a sophisticated yet warm and welcoming manner Anticipate guest needs Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for both yourself and the dining area If you're ready to bring your passion for hospitality to a one-of-a-kind speakeasy, apply today.
