Breakfast Server Pay:

Starting at $16.00 Per Hour, Tips Shifts are scheduled for weekdays 5:30am-11:00am and weekends 6:30am-12:00pm. There are also opportunities for banquet and catering events scheduled throughout the year.

Description:

As a Breakfast Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations Ensure serving stations are well-stocked, cleaned and maintained at all times. Prepare standard breakfast set up per Hilton standards for our guests Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Restock and replenish inventory and supplies Maintain a clean guest dining area at all times Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Minimum Job Requirements:

1-2 years prior restaurant and/or hotel service experience Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items and what accompanying items go with each menu item Process all guest checks through an approved payment process (credit card, room charge or cash) Must be able to speak and write fluent English The team member will be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel, bend and crouch.
