PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Table Management:

Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and glassware promptly after guests leave. Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for incoming guests. Ensure that all dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary items like napkins, condiments, and utensils.

Food Service Support:

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently. Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed throughout the meal. Help with food running during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Guest Interaction:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Provide assistance with menu inquiries and relay any special requests or issues to the serving staff. Maintain a friendly demeanor to enhance the overall guest experience.

Cleaning Duties:

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and cleaning menus. Ensure that the front door area is clean and welcoming.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Communicate effectively with team members regarding table status and guest needs.
