Server/Cashier

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Server/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all details are correct Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to uphold food safety standards Clear tables promptly by bussing and resetting for new guests; support kitchen staff with basic food prep when needed Manage reservations through platforms like OpenTable and coordinate guest seating with host/hostess experience Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, and service stations in compliance with sanitation regulations Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support night club operations during evening hours as required, ensuring a lively yet safe environment Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus. Experience in fine dining settings or nightlife venues like nightclubs will be advantageous Strong skills in customer service, upselling, and guest relations are essential Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and basic math for cashiering tasks Prior experience with serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles enhances your fit for this position Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
