Job Description

Our team of Banquet Servers is responsible for setting up banquet tables, preparing the food and drink stations, taking food and drink orders, refilling beverage items as well as ensuring that dinner service is running smoothly. Our Banquet Servers are responsible for maintaining a fast pace throughout dinner service and are required to have exceptional customer service skills to ensure that guest needs are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Be able to discuss food. Be able to greet customers and make them feel welcome. Be able to respond politely to difficult guests. Be able to communicate clearly with customers. Be able to provide quality service. Be able to anticipate customers' needs. Be able to take orders from customers in a friendly manner. Be able to carry multiple plates at once.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.50 - $19.00 per hour
