Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety protocols, alcohol service regulations, and sanitation practices Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling bills, tips, and sales calculations Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to employment Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays or supplies, and perform cleaning duties as required Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment!
