Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and special dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision Maintain knowledge of wine pairings, cocktail recipes, and food safety protocols to provide expert recommendations Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes efficiently while ensuring sanitation standards are met at all times Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment, balancing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and OpenTable reservations management is desirable Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating bills accurately Excellent communication skills to engage guests positively and upsell menu items confidently Join us in delivering outstanding service that delights every guest!
