What You'll Do Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly throughout the casino gaming floor. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service during every interaction. Maintain accurate records of beverage sales and service transactions. Ensure beverage service complies with company policies and responsible alcohol service standards. Keep assigned service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and maintaining beverage stations. Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and fellow team members to provide seamless service. Help create a fun, welcoming, and entertaining atmosphere for all guests. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous beverage service, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're willing to train candidates with outstanding customer service skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating great guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for the majority of each shift. Safely carry beverage trays throughout the casino. Frequently reach, bend, and use hands for beverage service duties.
