JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a professional wait staff to take orders and serve food and beverages to the patrons of our business. You should be able to perform well in fast-paced environments, be polite with our customers and make sure they're over all experience here is excellent. Be a team player and be able to communicate with our kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Keep in mind that all server duties may require working in shifts and/or occasionally during holidays. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction our establishment's reputation. Bowl 360 Inc. provides on the job training. Every position is required to cross train when needed to assist except for management and above.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

:

• Take and process guests' orders in a timely fashion
• Presenting clean and sanitized menus
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy seating and dining area
• Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to the cleanliness standards
• Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
• Carry dirty dishes to the kitchen for cleaning
• Deliver checks and accept payment
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality and provide excellent customer service to guests
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers, 21 and over for serving alcoholic beverages
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift and responisble for collecting payment
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.
• Follow health department regulations
• Up-sell platters, desserts and drinks as appropriate for individual guests and parties

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18+ age requirement
• Proven work experience as a server, wait staff member
• Communicate well to ensure all orders are satisfactory to customers
• Working knowledge of any ordering information system
• Outstanding people skills
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving
• Food safety training will be a plus
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing over 30 pounds.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Tips certification required

Pay:

$11.35 per hour
