Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing exceptional table-side service in a professional and engaging manner. This role ensures guests enjoy a seamless dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations. The Server creates memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs, maintaining service standards, and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Team members are expected to embody

Service Duties Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality and presentation standards Describe menu items, specials, and make personalized recommendations Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience Complete opening and closing side work duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Other duties as assigned
ExperienceEducation:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong communication and guest service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30-50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during service Ability to perform repetitive motions
