Rochester, NY | Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunities | Upscale Dining, Luxury Hospitality, Nightlife, Events NOIR Bar & Restaurant and La Vie Nightclub & Rooftop are building a hospitality team that wants to do more than simply serve food and drinks. • Excited to learn, improve, and contribute to a strong team culture What the Role Looks Like
• Create exceptional first impressions and memorable guest experiences
• Provide knowledgeable, attentive table service
• Learn menu ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and flavor profiles
• Learn signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage offerings
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Upsell naturally by enhancing the guest experience rather than simply increasing the check
• Accurately enter orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar
• Maintain table appearance, pre-bus, reset, and support other sections
• Run food and beverages when needed
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, culinary staff, support staff, and management

Candidates may be placed primarily with NOIR, La Vie, or trained across both concepts based on personality, experience, strengths, and availability. Ideal Candidates Previous experience in upscale restaurants, fine dining, high-volume restaurants, cocktail bars, nightclubs, hotels, private events, or luxury hospitality is a plus. Most importantly, bring your personality. We can teach menu knowledge and systems; we are looking for people who genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and being part of a strong team.
