Job Description
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Restaurant Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to creating a great dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system. Serve food, beverages, beer, wine, and cocktails professionally. Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials, beverages, and desserts. Process cash and credit card payments accurately. Maintain clean and organized dining areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure prompt, high-quality service. Resolve guest concerns professionally and courteously. Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred (fine dining experience is a plus). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic math skills and cash-handling experience. Knowledge of POS systems is preferred. Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.
