Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Manage customer orders efficiently, processing payments, handling cash register operations, and processing retail sales transactions with accuracy. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through friendly recommendations. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including food prep tools, coffee machines, and other culinary devices, following proper safety protocols. Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety management practices, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation guidelines. Support team members by assisting with food preparation, cleaning workstations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.
