Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) and process payments through the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all items are properly sanitized before serving
• Clear tables and clean dining area as needed
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
