Job Title:

Tasting Room Server Tasting room duties include : Pouring wines and other offerings for tasting and enjoyment Providing customer service and information about wines and winery history (we'll train you!) Handling wine sales and transactions Displaying and stocking wines and retail items Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the tasting room and the winery Assisting with hospitality special events and outside functions Managing inventory of wines in storage Managing inventory of all other goods in storage area Light food preparation

Other Possible Duties:

Event Planning:

Organizing winery and event calendar, Working with both Customer and Vendors in all planning steps, Keeping Open Communication between all parties in planning, Attending Wine Trail meetings, Organizing Wine Trail events

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are a small family farm winery looking to expand our customers and product.

At this point in time weekends are required. We are located in Niagara County.
