Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server and become the face of exceptional guest experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards are met Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Build strong guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to foster repeat business Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and processing Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling, sales techniques, and providing exceptional customer service Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or guest services highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
