Role:

Join our vibrant team at Farmer Boy Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, where we serve delicious comfort food with a smile! As a restaurant server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring all needs are met. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment Required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere. Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service. Must be able to operate a POS system. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Food Handler's certification is a plus. but not required Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
