Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station, including side stations and storage areas, adhering to food safety standards. Support food handling procedures by following proper sanitation practices during transport and serving. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing dishes or preparing condiments. Uphold excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs throughout their dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key! Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for efficient order processing. Experience with banquet service, bussing tables, or kitchen support roles enhances your ability to excel in this position.
