Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts. Strong communication and multitasking skills . Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods seamlessly. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Previous customer service experience preferred (hospitality or café/bar environment a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Food Runner/Expeditor you will: Ensure orders are being prepared with correct priority order, quality & consistency. Deliver food fresh and at temperature with a clean presentation to guest tables. Greet guests with a welcoming and kind approach, directing guests to ordering counters for dine-in or carry-out. Provide friendly, efficient, and engaging customer service. Organize, wash, sanitize & dry all dishware consistently and in a timely manner throughout shift. Bus tables and sweep/mop floor throughout shift to ensure a clean & welcoming environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace with attention to detail to ensure proper operations, adhering to food safety & handling standards. Complete all opening, shift change and closing procedures thoroughly with attention to detail Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist team with keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and guest ready - bussing tables in dining room and cleaning/organizing common areas (water stations, trash cans, etc.) Contribute to an environment where open communication flourishes, feedback is valued, contributions matter, and guests/team members are respected Arrive on time to work with a positive attitude Other duties as assigned
