Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and securely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards in the food industry Experience with food handling, food preparation, and restaurant operations preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality in a lively atmosphere where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
