Maintenance Assistant We are looking for full-time Maintenance Assistants in Columbiana, Ohio, who have mechanical skills and manufacturing experience to join our team. Hours Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Pay $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of maintenance duties
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
• Follow safety protocols, predictive maintenance, and production systems
• Support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior industrial maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing maintenance processes
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Nice to Have Skills
• Welding experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
